Definitely my all time favorite is Kamen Rider Ojha but also the 2 Roidmudes (Heart and Brain), Phoenix (Wizard), Overlords (Red and Green) and N-Daguva-Zeba.

Kitazaki, the Dragon Orphnoch.
Now he... was something else. I enjoyed him as a villain.
