Decade vs Drakkon

I know this isn't quite a fair fight but I'm scaling everyone this way:
Decade: Can use every card he uses in the show and movies, can use showa era Kamen Rides and can only use Final Form Ride if Diend is there.
Drakkon: Has Dragon Dagger and Saba, can use dragon shield, killed modern era Tommy and claimed his Master Morpher allowing him to change into Dino Thunder Black, Zeo 5 Red, White Tiger, and Green Dragonzord ranger. Has Black Dregon Zord but none of his army.
Who Wins?
(BTW if they made a Shattered Grid movie, would anyone else watch it?)
