Live action Guyver Tokusatsu

Okay, some of you may not know Guyver, but to those that do I wanted to bring up a few interesting topic questions to the idea of a live-action adaptation of the 1980s bio-punk henshin hero: GUYVER!!!
1) Would a Tokusatsu style Guyver adaptation be cool?
2) What company would you have make the show? (Toei?, Tsuburaya? TFC?)
3) What actors would be best? (My vote is for Koji Seto from Kamen rider Kiva)
Please let me know what you think of this hero from the 80s who has yet to see a proper Japanese live-action adaptation.
