SYNOPSIS

Humanity is plagued by the threats of crime, environmental pollution and natural disasters. To oppose this ever-increasing and complicated enemy, the police, fire department, health ministry and various other agencies work together to form a task force.

Specializing in reacting to different emergencies, this task force is known as EXCEEDRAFT, under the auspices of Interpol Japan and based on the Special Rescue Police system created by Captain Masaki Shunsuke of WINSPECTOR and SOLBRAIN.
